We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Australia Shipping Terms and Charges:
Casetta Living ships all over Australia. We ship majority of our items with standard delivery through Australia Post. Occasionally we may use alternate courier services, depending on your location and the items being sent.
A flat rate of $10.50 applies for most items within Australia Eastern Seaboard & South Australia. Free shipping for orders over $150, unless otherwise specified at checkout. Some items have a fixed shipping charge due to their bulky nature. Some exclusions apply in WA, NT and remote locations. In these cases a shipping charge will appear at Checkout.
We reserve the right to contact you and arrange an additional shipping charge if the item needs to be sent to an area of Australia that causes the shipping charges to exceed $60 with Australia Post.
If we plan to use a courier service we will ask you to inform us if you give permission for your order to be left in a safe place if you are not at home at the time of delivery. There is a comments box on the checkout page where you can leave us a delivery note. If there is a not a safe place to leave your items, your delivery will be carded and you can arrange a redelivery time.
Delivery Time Frames
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days (excluding public holidays) unless otherwise stated. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 10 business days.
Please ensure that you enter your address details correctly and in full as Casetta Living will not take responsibility for misdirected parcels and the costs of redelivery will be incurred by you.
We would be very happy to see our products head overseas! Please contact us if you wish to purchase from outside of Australia so that we can provide you with a custom shipping quote.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for international shipping.
Here at Casetta Living we want you to be happy with your purchases from us. You can return an item (except Sale items), for any reason, within 7 days of receiving your goods, as detailed below.
You can request a return by taking the following steps to submit a return request:
1. Log into www.casettaliving.com, then go to My Account to login.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
You will receive a confirmation email when the request is submitted.

Our policy on returns is as follows:
We check and pack our items carefully to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or faulty and you state this in the Return reason, we will ask for you to email us a photo/s. Upon confirmation of the damage, we will contact you to arrange return of the item. We will pay for the parcel delivery.
We will provide you with your choice of replacement or a full refund or store credit within 7 days of the receipt of the item. In the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Some processing time will be required.
Exchange or Change of mind:
If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item, you are welcome to send it back to us undamaged with the packaging in its original condition. Any shipping costs incurred on change of mind items will not be refunded or credited.
We will offer you an exchange or a refund or a store credit. In the case of a refund or store credit, we will subtract the shipping cost from the refund or store credit.
In the case of an exchange we will request payment for the shipping cost.
While we are happy to provide an exchange of colour or item please be aware that all exchanges are subject to stock availability, so please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
