When will I receive a reply to an enquiry ?
We endeavour to respond to enquiries and emails within 1-2 business days. If you have not received a response, please check your spam/junk email folder prior to contacting us.
Why does the colour of my item look different to the website photo ?
In some cases the colour appearing in the photograph or on your monitor/device may vary slightly. There are many possible causes for this. If you are unsure about any product, need clarification or see the product in another picture, please feel free to email us.
Payment Methods Information
Prepayment with a credit card or via Paypal is required for every order prior to delivery. Transactions are processed in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST in the advertised price.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments which are processed over a secure gateway at the time of your order. You are not charged any additional fees for paying with your credit card.
Credit Card Security:
Casetta Living does not collect or record your credit card details when placing an order at www.casettaliving.com. Your details are securely passed to and protected by our Payment Processor: stripe or PayPal, where your data is encrypted.
stripe or PAYPAL are compliant with verified as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This means that they adhere to the highest security standards set by Visa, MasterCard and American Express for accepting credit card payments online.
Do you accept credit cards without using Paypal?
Yes, we accept Visa Card, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is facilitated through stripe. Just select the Credit/Debit Card option in the checkout.
What if I don't like providing my credit card details online, is there any other way to purchase my order?
Yes, please email us and we should be able to help find an alternate solution.
What if an item is sold out? (Pre Orders)
Pre-Orders (Terms and Conditions)
Pre-order is a service that allows you to order an item before Casetta Living receives it. If an item is available for pre-order the words “Pre-Order” will appear in the action button of the product page. An expected release date may be displayed.
To pre-order, please add the item to your cart and checkout normally.
Please be aware that suppliers may vary in their ability to deliver to the estimated release date.
We will inform you via your contact email should the estimated release date change.
You can cancel a pre-order item within 14 days of ordering. If the item has been dispatched to you, our returns policy will apply.
If a Pre-Ordered item does not arrive or is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund. As an acknowledgement of any inconvenience caused we will also offer you a $20 store credit valid for 3 months in addition to your full refund.
If your order includes items that are both in stock and on pre-order, we will dispatch what is in stock and we will then dispatch the pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive into our warehouse. You will not need to wait until all items are in stock for your order to be dispatched.
Can you post to PO Boxes?
There are times when we will not be able to deliver to a PO Box, this may be due to the courier used at the time and/or the size and weight of the item purchased. We will advise you if we cannot post to your PO Box and an alternative physical address will be required.
What are your shipping rates?

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, We are happy to see our products head overseas! Please contact us if you wish to purchase from outside of Australia so that we can provide you with a custom product and shipping quote. Please also refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
My product is faulty or has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we provide a beautiful, premium gift wrapping service. You can view the Cart and add the Gift Wrap option to the selected item. You can also write a short message to the recipient of the gift. The fees for Gift Wrapping vary according to the options available.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, they are available at the top right hand portion of the home page – Select “Gift Certificates”.
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $1,000.
The certificate is emailed to the nominated person, and the purchaser will receive a confirmation receipt.
The nominated person will have 12 months to use the certificate, after which time it expires.
Gift certificates can be redeemed on products at www.casettaliving.com
Any purchase will be deducted from the balance and any unused portion of the gift certificate will be kept in the purchasers account, and can be used before the expiry date. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance will need to be paid.
Gift certificates cannot be transferred to another person or account, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
Can I record items I desire in a Wish List?
We offer a Wish List function where you can save your favourite items as you browse. A Wish List is an ideal way to note a gift idea for Christmas or that special event such as a house warming.
The option to create a Wish List is available at the top right hand portion of the home page – Select “Wish Lists”.
Creating a Wish List is easy once you have created an account or signed into your account on our website. You then start a new Wish List, give it a name, eg ‘Christmas Gift Ideas or Things I Love’ and while you are shopping tick the box on items you don’t want to forget and they are added to your Wish List. It’s that easy!
You can even share it with friends and family by using the ‘share my Wish List’ function. Just copy the URL displayed in your Wish List and paste it to your email, message or social media app.
Do you accept Afterpay ?
Yes, you can pay via Afterpay which is available at checkout.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Where can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on the retailer website or in-store (where available).
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on the retailer website using Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
